ONEIDA COUNTY, N.Y. -- The man accused of killing his infant son in front of state troopers last month made another appearance in court Thursday.
Adam Theall was in Oneida County Court facing a second degree murder charge for the shooting of his three-month-old son in Blossvale.
Theall entered a not guilty plea, but a judge decided to postpone the arraignment until August 19th, advising Theall to review the evidence and charges with his attorney.He will be held without bail until the then.
The District Attorney's office says they are ready should the case go to trial.
