WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- A grand jury is considering whether to indict an East Syracuse woman accused of stabbing her nieces while babysitting in Westchester County.

Prosecutors now have 45 days to make their case against Lisa Turkki, 39. Authorities say Turkki stabbed her seven- and nine-year-old nieces at their home in Katonah back in July. No motive has been mentioned.

Turkki is currently charged with assault. She's receiving psychiatric care in prison.
