TIOGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Tioga County man has been arrested and charged in the 2006 murders of a prominent Pennsylvania attorney and his wife.

John DeSisti, 73, of Waverly, was cousins with the female victim. Police say he shot Carol Keeffe and her husband, David, over a long-running land dispute.

The couple's bodies were discovered in the garage of their home in Sayre, Pennsylvania back in November of 2006. The murders had remained a mystery until now.

DeSisti will likely be charged with two counts of murder and one count of burglary in the case.
