Groping suspect indicted by grand jury

SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- The man police say walked into a Syracuse elementary school and groped two teachers has been indicted by a grand jury.

Garth Hill has been charged with sexual abuse, forcible touching and burglary. Investigators say Hill entered a fifth grade class at the McKinley Brighton School last month and fondled the teacher in front of her class. They say he groped another teacher in the hallway before he ran out of the building.

Police were able to easily find Hill because they say he dropped his wallet while in the school.
