ONONDAGA, N.Y. -- The Red Cross is now helping a family who lost their home in a fire.

Crews were called to Kencrest Drive in the Town of Onondaga shortly before noon. A father and two children lived there, but they weren't home at the time.

Investigators say there is extensive damage, mainly to the second floor.

They are still looking into the cause.
