BRADFORD COUNTY, Pa. -- The man accused of a double murder in Bradford County five years ago is headed to trial.
A Bradford County judge decided that John DeSisti, 73, will stand trial after two days of preliminary hearings.
DeSisti is charged with murder and burglary for allegedly shooting and killing his cousin, Carol Keeffe, and her husband, David Keeffe. Police say it happened in Athens Township in 2006. But DeSisti wasn't charged with the crime until last year.
DeSisti is due back in court March 14th.
