ITHACA, N.Y. -- Autopsy results are still pending as authorities continue to investigate the death of a Cornell University student.

George Bartholo Desdunes, 19, of Brooklyn was found unresponsive in his Ithaca residence Friday morning. He was taken to Cayuga Medical Center where he later died.

Desdunes was a sophomore majoring in biology and society. He was also a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Hillcrest fraternity.

The university says support services are available to all members of the campus community.

Meanwhile, Ithaca Police are asking to speak with anyone who may have more information about Desdunes' death. They can be reached at (607) 272-9973.
