Speed limit returns to 55 on Onondaga Lake Parkway Friday
LIVERPOOL, N.Y. -- The speed limit will be back to normal on the Onondaga Lake Parkway in Liverpool Friday. It will be back up to 55 miles per hour up from the seasonal 45 miles per hour.
It is lowered every year for the snowy season from November 1 through the end of March.
