CENTRAL NEW YORK -- A new face is taking over leadership of the Central New York School Board Association. Charles Borgognoni is now the association's executive director.

The Canastota native recently returned to Syracuse after spending 11 years in New York City where he worked as a management consultant.

Borgognoni replaces Lawrence Cummings, who stepped down after serving as executive director for 22 years.
