Sheriff's department seeks public's help in home invasion case
GEDDES, N.Y. -- The Onondaga County Sheriff's Office is hoping the public can help as they continue to investigate a home invasion robbery from 2009.
Deputies say an 89-year-old woman was severely beaten inside her home on Yale Avenue in Geddes two years ago today when she refused to give money to the man who attacked her.
The man is described as having a short, slender build with short brown hair between 25 and 30 years old.
