BRADFORD COUNTY, Pa. -- The 73-year-old Waverly man accused of killing two people in 2006 appeared in Bradford County Court Friday.
Prosecutors filed a petition against John DeSisti, asking that he not be allowed to have visitors or phone calls in jail. The only exception would be his lawyer. Prosecutors allege DeSisti threatened them.
The judge has not yet ruled on the matter and a future court date has not been set.
John DeSisti is accused of killing his cousin and her husband, Carol and David Keeffe, at their home in Athens Township five years ago.
DeSisti was not charged with the murders until last year.
