Wyman was shot and killed during a standoff in Knoxboro last Tuesday. Investigators say Wyman was shot by 40-year-old Christian Patterson, who had barricaded himself in his garage with a shotgun following a domestic dispute. Deputies returned fire hitting Patterson multiple times. He remains at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Utica and will be arraigned on a charge of first degree murder once he's conscious and lucid.
