ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- An Onondaga County man has been indicted in connection with a drunk driving crash that killed his girlfriend, who was also the mother of his two-year-old son.
Mark Richter, 23, faces several charges for the death of Debra Brown, 23, including first degree vehicular manslaughter and two counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated.
The crash happened on May 6th when Richter hit a tree on Grampian Road in Clay. Brown and the couple's son were also in the car, along with two other passengers. The other passengers only suffered minor injuries.
