SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- The man Syracuse Police say was responsible for a double murder in August has been formally indicted.
Martinous Hudson has been charged with second degree murder, attempted murder, robbery and criminal possession of a weapon.
Investigators say on August 6th, Hudson and three other people were driving around when Hudson starting ranting about the devil after smoking a drug called "water."
Police say Hudson then shot and killed two passengers, Lavonna Hamilton, 17, and Maurice Miller, 24, and shot and injured another. Hudson then ran off, and investigators say he also stole a car at gunpoint.
