ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. - The Town of Clay man accused of killing his girlfriend in a drunk driving crash earlier this year was back in court Tuesday.
Mark Richter is charged with first-degree vehicular manslaughter for the crash last May that took the life of Debra Brown, 23.
In court, a judge ruled that statements Richter made during a pretrial hearing can be used at trial. The defense was hoping to have those statements thrown out.
Richter is set to be back in court on November 1st for a pre-trial hearing.
