WATERTOWN, N.Y. -- People in Watertown continue to spread the message of the Occupy Wall Street movement.

A small group of protesters gathered in Public Square Saturday to hold a demonstration. Many of the participants were from Better Farms, a sustainability education center and artists' retreat in Redwood, New York. They saw support from people driving their cars through and say it's important to continue show solidarity across the country.

"It's still nice to see other people from this area get energized. Have other people talking to everybody about the issues. Even people driving by, they may say what's that. Maybe they'll go home and think about it and do more research," said Dean Bigbee.

As of now, Occupy Watertown does not have plans to occupy the square overnight.
