UTICA, N.Y. -- Utica Police are now calling a recent death at a local motel a homicide.

The body of Linda Turner, 68, was found at the Davis Motel on Herkimer Road Thursday. Turner owned the hotel and lived there.

The manner and cause of death are not yet being released.

Police have not made any arrests and do not have a person of interest in the case.

Police are trying to find Turner's vehicle. It's a black 2001 Toyota Solara convertible.

If you see the vehicle, police warn you not to stop the vehicle or try to detain anyone inside.
