Man pleads not guilty in deadly crash
ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A North Syracuse man has pleaded not guilty to multiple charges in connection with a fatal drunk driving crash.
Harry McLeod, 59, was arraigned Thursday morning on charges including aggravated vehicular homicide and reckless driving for his involvement in a crash that killed Edward Warner, 79, in the Town of Salina on October 14th.
McLeod pleaded not guilty and posted $25,000 cash bail.
If convicted, McLeod faces up to 25 years in state prison.
