ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A woman is in critical condition following a car crash Sunday on Lee Mulroy Hill Road in Skaneateles. The Onondaga County Sheriff's office says Cynthia Reynolds, 54, was trying to turn into the Ultimate Goal arena when she pulled in the path of an oncoming vehicle. Reynolds was airlifted from the scene to Upstate University Hospital.
Three people in the other car also suffered minor injuries and had to be hospitalized.
Authorities say it can be a dangerous intersection, but they're not quite sure what led to this crash.
"It is a place where we have had other accidents, the highway itself is clear and dry so we don't see that as a contributing factor. She's in an SUV so she's riding relatively high," said Onondaga County Sheriff Kevin Walsh.
No tickets have been issued at this point, and the investigation is ongoing.
