SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- A Syracuse area man has been found guilty in connection with a string of home invasions in the city.

Mario Clark was found guilty of two counts each of second degree burglary and third degree robbery.

The charges stemmed from four separate incidents starting back in December of 2010 through May of last year.

Authorities said he took from homeowners after gaining their trust by doing work around their property, like shoveling driveways after storms.

Clark is expected to be back in court next month.
