Two arrested for Baldwinsville bomb threat

ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- Police arrested a Staten Island man and a Baldwinsville teenager in connection with a recent bomb threat at Baker High School.
According to investigators, the 15-year-old girl was on a chat line with Frank Burgess, 51, the morning of January 17th when the teen made a three-way call to the school and the threat was made. Police responded to the school and students were evacuated as a precaution.
Both Burgess and the teen are charged with falsely reporting an incident.
Burgess was arraigned and sent to the Onondaga County Justice Center on $100,000 bail. The teen was released into the custody of her parents, and the case will be referred to family court.
