Armed robbery at store on Stolp Avenue
SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Syracuse Police are investigating an armed robbery at a store on Stolp Avenue.
Around 8:15 p.m. Wednesday, police say two men wearing black hooded sweatshirts entered the Malony's Superette on the 400 block of Stolp Avenue. One of them carried a long gun.
The men took an undisclosed amount of cash and took off.
A customer inside the store at the time ended up with a minor injury after falling to the ground during the robbery.
