HORSEHEADS, N.Y. -- Code violations at a Horseheads mobile home park might keep the owner from renewing his license.

Last summer, Horseheads code officers found 98 violations at the mobile home park on Lake Road. It only has 17 mobile homes. Some were declared uninhabitable.

Code enforcement officer Thomas Skebey says most violations have not been fixed. He says until they are, park owner Craig Foster should only receive a temporary permit, instead of a renewed license.

He brought the issue to the Town Board and the violations are under investigation.
