DEWITT, N.Y. -- One of the world's only English-speaking Tibetan Lamas makes a stop in Syracuse.

Shyalpa Rinpoche is on a tour to promote his new book, "Living Fully: Finding Joy in Every Breath."

Syracuse is one of just four stops in the United States for Rinpoche.

He says he has traveled across the world and wants people to realize we are all on the same journey and there is a way to find what he calls inner freedom.

"Not to take life for granted and try to live life to the fullest and have compassion and love toward yourself and your family and friends, and everybody in your community," Rinpoche said.

Rinpoche's book is available in stores now.
