ONEIDA COUNTY, N.Y. -- An Oneida County man is accused of having child pornography. Phillip Becktoft, 53, of Taberg faces four counts of possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child.

State police arrested Becktoft Thursday after searching his home last summer and seizing evidence. Becktoft was issued an appearance ticket.

He is due to appear in the Town of Annsville Court Monday night.
