SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- A Syracuse man is convicted of rape and endangering the welfare of a child. Damion Davis was arrested in 2009 and is accused of impregnating a 15-year-old before giving the child away. Authorities say he was originally charged with child abandonment as well, but that charge was dropped because police couldn't find the child.

Davis is already serving up to four years for an incident that happened in 2010. Police say Davis held a woman against her will and attacked her with an ice pick.
