ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- The case of a North Syracuse man who is charged in connection with a fatal drunk driving crash is adjourned until April 18th. Harry McLeod, 59, was arraigned in January on charges of aggravated vehicular homicide and reckless driving.
Authorities said McLeod was involved in a crash that killed Edward Warner, 79, in the Town of Salina on October 14th.
McLeod pleaded not guilty and posted $25,000 cash bail. He may face up to 25 years in prison if he is convicted.
