SUSQUEHANNA COUNTY, Pa. -- Two people were arrested for having $30,000 of unstamped cigarettes and marijuana in their vehicle during a traffic stop. Police said they arrested Bobby Robertson, 66, and Johnnie El'rahman, 46, both of Syracuse, in Susquehanna County. They said the officer observed indications of criminal activity and called a police dog to the scene.

Police found the drugs after receiving a search warrant.
