ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- The man accused of robbing a Cicero bank has been arraigned on several charges. Police said Timothy Okun robbed the Fulton Savings Bank on Bartel Road at gunpoint Thursday.

Friday morning, Okun was arraigned in Clay Town Court because Cicero justices were not available. He is charged with three felonies: second-degree robbery, third-degree grand larceny, and second-degree criminal possession of a firearm.

The judge entered a not guilty plea on Okun's behalf and assigned him a lawyer. He's due to appear in Cicero court next Thursday.
