ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- The former Elmira woman accused of setting a fatal fire in February is arraigned in Rochester.

Bobbie Kugler, 31, plead 'not guilty' yesterday to one count of arson and four counts of manslaughter.

Kugler is accused of setting the fire on February 18th. Four of her children died in the fire. Three more people were seriously injured.

The family had moved from Elmira to Rochester just months before the fire.

The mother of one of the surviving victims spoke with YNN outside Rochester City Court yesterday. She said she and her son will miss the smiling faces of the deceased children.

Colleen Bender, a mother of one of the victims said, "I'm gonna miss hearing them running up and down their stairs and playing outside, and coming to my house and playing video games with my son, and you know. I just, I don't know. I don't know why she did it. I don't understand."

Bender's son, Giovanni Delorm, was forced to jump out of a second story window to escape that fire. He suffered a broken arm and leg, as well as serious burns.

Bender said she hopes the District Attorney's office will press further charges, relating to her son's injuries.
