SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- The college football season is long since past, but the 23 touchdowns scored by the Syracuse Orange last fall are still paying off for the community.

Head coach Doug Marrone joined officials from TOPS Friendly Markets and Nestle to present the Ronald McDonald House with $2,300 worth of gift cards and 161 cases of Juicy Juice. It's all part of the "Juice in the 'Cuse" charity campaign which donated $100 for every touchdown the orange scored last year.

"We provide everything for them so they don't have to think about anything other than caring for their seriously ill child, so the juice will be there for the children and their families and the gift cards will be used to purchase staples for the home so these families don't have to think about anything,” said Beth Trunfio, Ronald McDonald House Charities of CNY.

SU and TOPS have teamed up for other charitable programs such as "Jams for Slams" and "Bins for Wins."
