CAYUGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- Law enforcement in Cayuga County have made three arrests in connection with a drug investigation. On Sunday, police executed a search warrant at a home on Chase Road in the town of Ledyard, where they found more than 250 individual bags of heroin. The drugs were seized, as was an undisclosed amount of cash found in the home.

The owners, Jessica Jones and Joseph Weir, were arrested as was a third man, Jose Urena. All three are charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Jones and Weir are facing additional charges for having the drugs in the home while their child was present.
