ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A North Syracuse man admitted to his role in a crash that killed another man. Harry McLeod, 59, pleaded guilty in Onondaga County Court Wednesday morning to charges stemming from the October crash.
Authorities said McLeod was driving drunk when he hit Edward Warner, 79, in the Town of Salina. Warner died from his injuries.
Under his plea deal, McLeod will be sentenced to four to 12 years in prison. He's due back in court on June 13th.
