Syracuse man indicted on sex charges
SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- A Syracuse man has been indicted by a grand jury on charges related to alleged sexual contact with a teenage boy.
Mark Carrigan, 45, was indicted on one count each of criminal sex act in the third degree and endangering the welfare of a child.
Police say Carrigan would pick up the 15-year-old male and engage in sexual activity. They say it happened between the first of the year and February 15th.
Carrigan is a registered sex offender with a prior conviction of sodomy.
