TIOGA COUNTY, Pa. -- Pennsylvania State Police have identified the man killed in a car crash in Rutland Township Saturday night. They said Michael Pannebaker, 45, of Mansfield was driving north on State Route 549 when he crossed into the southbound lane and hit an embankment.

His vehicle then came back onto the roadway, and was hit by another vehicle. Pannebaker was thrown from the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene.
