SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Syracuse Police have caught up with the second man wanted in connection with a murder earlier this month.

Lewis Swift was arrested Tuesday. Police released his mug shot earlier this week, after they linked him to the murder of Carnell Marshall back on April 14th.

Marshall's body was found behind the Mavis Tire Store on South Salina Street. Police have not said how he died, but are expected to release more details on their investigation in the coming days.

Swift has been scheduled to be arraigned on a second degree murder charge on Wednesday.

Gregory Ware, 27, has also been charged with second degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon in the case.
