ROME, N.Y. -- Police seized a large amount of heroin and arrested two people in Rome. Officers executed a search warrant at a residence on Cottage Street on Wednesday. They seized 434 bags of heroin, along with crack cocaine and $950 in cash.

Police arrested Kia Robinson, 30, and Shamel Greene, 29. They are both charged with two felony counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
