SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- There are a couple of different signs posted on the doors of the Hotel Syracuse.

One says the building is closed for renovations and the other is a notice from National Grid. A National Grid spokesperson says it's a cutoff for non-payment notice.

The notice is posted on the entranceway door and the dollar amount is upwards of $150,000.

National Grid says they are working with all parties to continue to find a solution.
