This weekend 116 YMCA locations in New York State will be hosting events with a common theme -- promoting healthy habits for our youth. It's called Healthy Kids Day. Mary Alice Golden with the YMCA of the Greater Tri-Valley joined us this morning to talk more about this great event.

For those of you near the Rome, New Hartford and Oneida YMCAs, those three locations will be holding their events tomorrow from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
