BROOME COUNTY, N.Y. -- Police in Broome County have arrested a man on a number of federal child pornography charges.

Authorities say Brandon Himko, 27, of Johnson City, enticed an underage woman to send him pictures sometime in December of last year.

Himko has since been charged with three felony offenses for producing, attempting to produce and receiving child pornography.

If convicted on those charges, Himko could be looking at some serious prison time, with the minimum term of 25 years. He is being held in federal custody until a trial date is set.
