JEFFERSON COUNTY, N.Y. -- After a week long search, the body of a missing boater on Lake Ontario has been recovered.

The Jefferson County Sheriff's office reports that the body of David Tuttle, 45, was discovered by dive teams around 1:30 p.m. Saturday.

It had been exactly a week since Tuttle went overboard after his fishing boat capsized in Henderson Harbor.

A friend was also on board at the time. Buck Stockman, 33, of Lowville, was rescued after officials found him clinging to the side of the vessel.

The Sheriff's office says it is still investigating the accident.
