JEFFERSON COUNTY, N.Y. -- State Police are investigating a car crash in the town of Diana Sunday night that claimed a man's life.

Troopers said Tyler Lyndaker was driving on South Creek Road around 9 p.m. when he went off the road and hit a tree. Lyndaker was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene.

There was also a passenger in the car at the time. Jacob Campeau was flown to Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse, and has since been released.
