TIOGA COUNTY, Pa. -- A Pennsylvania man has died in a motorcycle crash. It happened in Tioga on Tuesday.

According to investigators, Jeffrey Hutcheson, 28, lost control on a curve on the off ramp from State Route 15 to State Route 287. His motorcycle hit a traffic sign and rolled off the road.

Hutcheson was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said he was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
