Onondaga County CFO leaving for Oneida School District
ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- Onondaga County's Chief Fiscal Officer is leaving his post for a position with a Madison County school district. Jim Rowley will leave in July to become the Assistant Superintendent for Finance with the Oneida City School District.
Rowley became Onondaga County's CFO in 2008 after serving as Clay Town Supervisor.
