OSWEGO COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Hannibal man has been arrested for alleged rape. Police said Bryan Elleman, 27, allegedly had sex with a victim under the age of 17. They said it happened in the Town of Hannibal from January to April.

Elleman is charged with third degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child.
