OONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A unique fundraiser involving local businesses and celebrities took center stage in Liverpool.

The fourth annual Bella Casa Celebrity Fashion show helps raise money for operational costs at the Ronald McDonald House of Central New York. More than 600 people packed the Holiday Inn for the show, which featured local celebrities showing off their moves on the runway.

The more than 70 models for the night were all wearing clothing from local businesses and if the audience liked what they saw, they had a chance to buy some of it too. Dozens of vendors had merchandise on sale.

Each year, the Bella Casa has sold out and it's become a big fundraiser for the organization.

"People are very committed to the mission of the Ronald McDonald House. I think it's a lovely time of year for folks to get together, have a nice night out, while also doing something very important to support children and their families who have seriously ill children who are hospitalized," said Beth Trunfio, CNY Ronald McDonald House Charities Executive Director.

This year marks the 30th anniversary of the Ronald McDonald House.
