ST. LAWRENCE COUNTY, N.Y. -- An Ogdensburg man was arrested for alleged sexual contact with a 10-year-old boy. State Police received a complaint regarding Cody Palmer, 20, and further investigation led to his arrest.

Palmer was charged with a criminal sexual act in the first degree. He was arraigned in Oswegatchie Town Court sent to the St. Lawrence County Jail on $10,000 bail.
