Child hurt in hit-and-run crash
SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Syracuse Police are looking for witnesses to an accident that put a four-year-old in the hospital.
Investigators said the little boy was playing in the road on the 200 block of Carbon Street when he was hit by a car around 6 p.m. Sunday. He suffered a leg injury and was taken to Upstate Hospital's Pediatric Unit.
The driver took off after the crash, now police are trying to track that person down. The vehicle is described as a newer model gold car, possibly a Buick.
