GRANBY, N.Y. -- A medical emergency may be to blame for a car accident in Oswego County that left one man injured.
The Sheriff's office says a truck hit a pole near the intersection of State Route 3 and Hannibal Street in Granby just before 12:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Firefighters say the driver was trapped inside the vehicle when they arrived.
Police have not released the man's name but say he was transported to Upstate University Hospital.
At this time, the cause remains under investigation, but it appears the driver may have suffered a medical emergency before the crash.
