SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Jury deliberations are underway in the Martinous Hudson trial. The Syracuse man is accused of killing two people and injuring another while on drugs.
Police said on August 6th, Hudson and three other people were driving around, smoking marijuana and a drug called "water" when Hudson began ranting about the devil. He allegedly shot the three other people in the car, killing two of them, then ran off and stole a car at gunpoint.
Hudson pleaded not guilty to charges last September.
The jury is deciding on several counts including second degree murder, attempted murder, robbery, and criminal weapon possession.
